Stronger families. Better communities.

About the movement
Life moves fast. Somewhere between packed calendars, constant notifications, and the pressure to keep up, Sunday began to feel like every other day. Sunday invites us to slow down, be intentional, and believe it can be different.
Reclaim Sunday exists to help families and communities rediscover Sunday as a day for Christ, connection, and renewal. We believe that setting Sunday apart can strengthen family life, deepen relationships, and renew our communities.
Reclaim Sunday is a growing movement that offers encouragement, practical resources, and shared experiences to help people place Christ at the center of family and community life.
A simple Sunday rhythm
We aren’t chasing a picture-perfect Sunday. We’re choosing an intentional one. Start with one practice and grow from there.
Begin with Christ. Gather with your church community and let worship shape the rest of the day.
Make room for the people and activities that bring life, laughter, service, and connection.
Step away from productivity and distraction. Receive rest as a gift for body, mind, and soul.
Share a meal, welcome others to the table, and rediscover conversation without the rush.
Invite God into your family life through Scripture, gratitude, silence, and simple prayer.
Notice where God was present this week, give thanks, and prepare together for the week ahead.
